Pink are links. In the last year or so I’ve switched to trying to link product names to the brand’s website only. Previously I wouldn’t do this if a brand didn’t have the ability to buy the product on their site (readers complain to me about that) or if they didn’t have ingredients listed on their site, then I would only link to places to buy. Now I link to brand in the product name, and I’ll link 1 or 2 retailers as well. I try to link enough shopping links so that most products have a place to buy them, but I’m not obsessive about it. Sometimes I’ll find products on retailer sites that are not on the brand’s site, so they aren’t pink because I have nothing to link to.

I wasn’t sure about the tranexamic acid at first when I saw it a few months ago (I think Shisheido uses it a lot too), and talked to a few OBs. We don’t have info to make it be avoided currently, but I fully admit that I search for it on Pubmed every couple of months to see if anything new has come out. If it makes you worried at all I’d avoid it.
