I don't really avoid sulfates, when I've cute them out in the past the only thing I noticed was that I didn't feel like my hair was clean. My eczema seems to be really linked to my allergies and they are FLARING OMG this year! Zyrtec helps with the breathing issues and runny eyes, but not my ezcema.
I haven't really had any issues with fading color, even when I went Auburn, which I'm told acts like red with fading…

Is this not true for you? I ask bc I also am prone to eczema and you color your hair.
