In reply to Christine. Evidently the product I used (The Ordinary Retinol in Squalane) is silicone free. If the retinol doesn’t seem to bother my skin, would I be better off applying the retinol first? I checked the instructions and they say to apply after water based, but before heavier treatments. I don’t really think of the micro sculpting cream as heavy, but in this instance I guess it is. Is there a sunscreen you can recommend to work well with the Regenerist cream?

In reply to Katie Piekut. Usually you only need to wait 2-3 minutes between products, but some products (esp if high in silicones) do that if applied to a damp surface

Just wondering how long I need to wait between product applications. I put retinol in squalane over the Regenerist micro-sculpting cream and the cream pilled terribly.
