Not from a safety standpoint, you can still use fragranced products.
However, pregnancy is considered a “sensitizing” time, meaning you’re much more likely to have a reaction, even just irritation/redness, related to an ingredient. Fragrances and extracts are definitely the biggest culprits for this, so I recommend avoiding a lot of both.

Do you recommend avoiding products with natural perfume during pregnancy? I know a lot of Mario Badescu’s products have a strong perfume smell. Thank you in advance <3
