You can pretty much find info out there about avoiding everything possible, much of which isn’t based on much. It’s not considered an ingredient to avoid by the medical community. I’m actually in a few doctor groups with the derm who formulated nutrafol, and it’s safety in pregnancy has been discussed in those groups. The evidence against it is pretty flimsy currently and no one is recommending avoidance. If it makes you more comfortable you could avoid it, but currently it isn’t something the medical community recommends.
