You need to be careful what you put on nipples just because baby is going to be sucking/eating there. Medela makes a good nipple cream, and lanolin is ok to to use as well.

I see the almond and milk hand cream is safe to use while breastfeeding, would it be safe to use as a nipple cream as well? It’s so soothing.

Avoid in both pregnancy and nursing due to bakuchiol. Also avoid the licorice root while pregnant

This is fine for pregnancy and nursing, but also pretty likely to be useless. We use the Thermocell and it works really well, and you don’t apply it!
