I screen dimethicone as safe, it basically sits on the surface of the skin and provides a little extra slip to the product.
Unless you’re adding an eye cream for extra hydration or active ingredients beyond what your face cream has, an eye cream really isn’t needed. I use one in the am because I need more hydration under my eye makeup. You might not need that though.
