In reply to Maria. Gluconolactone is the PHA to watch for in all of my discussions with other physicians. It's highly absorbed and more "chemical", it's the most concerning. Hi! I’m wondering what the reasoning is for Tatcha Dewy skin cream not being pregnancy safe? I’ve seen you list Gluconolactone as the reason, however I was under the impression that PHAs were pregnancy safe/no known risk.
