In reply to Sam. No, I would just switch. Remember that your skin is a barrier, it doesn't actively absorb these things, some of which are found in very small amounts, and many of the things we say are "not safe" it is more of a theoretical thing that we will never be able to prove/disprove with studies (the only ones that could really prove anything are actually unethical to perform). Most women never even think about swapping out their products and things are fine! I would just switch to a different product and not worry about it.
