I was curious if the Temptu Pro Silicone foundation was safe for a maternity photoshoot? The ingredients I found were: S/B Foundation: Cyclopentasiloxane, Aqua (Water, Eau), Butylene Glycol, Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Alcohol, Leuconostoc/Radish Root Ferment Filtrate, Cyclomethicone, Lactobacillus, PEG/PPG-20/15 Dimethicone, PEG/PPG-18/18 Dimethicone, Polysorbate 80, Sodium Chloride, Polyethylene, Silica, Glyceryl Dibehenate, Tribehenin, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Fruit Extract, Glyceryl Behenate, Triethoxycaprylylsilane, Tocopheryl Acetate, Isopropyl Titanium Triisostearate. May Contain: CI 77891, CI 19140, CI 15850, CI 77499, CI 77288, CI 77007.

Thank you so much!

Do you know the ingredients of your exact foundation? There are too many and they vary by country, it would take me hours to hunt them all down and screen them.

I recently found out I am pregnant. Is this safe to use if pregnant?

Thank you so much!

Completely understand about the issues with lighting & scheduling – of course!

And oh! Knowing that this was meant to be an intro post changes things – I didn’t get that sense in your review, and not having that in the title or in the review itself made me think that this was your whole review.

I wasn’t and am not really upset, just more confused about how different this was from some of your other reviews.
But if this is an intro post and you’re planning on telling us more later, that would have addressed my concerns.

I haven’t posted as many pictures because it was winter in Michigan (I depend a lot on sunlight to have good pictures), and with changes in my work schedule (I now have to take call in house at the hospital instead of from home, this means I now work 24-48 hour shifts) this is extra difficult.

I have more posts about this coming up about this, mostly application tips, I felt like it was already super long so I split it up and this is kind of the intro post. I have used this with and without primer, I prefer it currently with this primer from Origins. The pod isn’t a single use, it’s the same size as a normal bottle of foundation. Pop it on and off before/after application and close it. It has a semi-matte finish (which I thought I had mentioned?), and as I said, I didn’t need to blend any more after application. It wears all day, looks like skin not foundation on my skin. Just like my skin is better. It doesn’t oxidize or settle into pores all day.

I’m sorry you’re so upset with me, but as I said, I was thinking of this as an intro post…

Been following your blog for a while, and lately, you’ve stopped posting nearly as many pictures as you used to.

Nowadays, it’s only the occasional picture of a swatch on your arm.

I miss seeing how the products actually looked on – especially in a foundation review like this! Will you be posting more pictures? This review doesn’t give me any sense of what the foundation is like or how to apply it. Can you use half a pod and leave the rest for later, or do you have to use a new pod each time? Do you use anything to blend or set the foundation, or do you not need to? How long is the wear? Does it oxidize? When you say it looks like “skin,” what does that mean? Does it look like your skin, which is whatever skin type you have, or is it a dewy, demi-matte, or satin finish? Did you use a primer? Would you recommend using a primer or no?

This just feels like an intro to a longer post – or maybe I got used to more in depth reviews. Either way, I miss seeing how you use the products and apply them, or at least a picture of your finished look!

I so want that perfect skin look, instead of a perfect makeup look. What’s holding me back is that I can’t use the many bottles of foundation I’ve already purchased in this machine.
