In reply to Courtney. I've only gotten kinks from the straps when they're wrapped too tightly compared to my hair. I compress the roller a tiny more when rolling and roll the strap not quite as tightly. I hope that makes sense!

The curlers are very uncomfortable to sleep with.
I tried to return it and customer service offered me $5.00.
What a joke.
I waited 3 months to receive it and they only give you 30 days to return it.

I have longer but thin hair. Do you think it would work on my hair? and would I need the mini or regular size?

I'm currently on day 3 of curls, and I didn't think my hair was fully dry when I removed the curlers (I definitely was wetter than usual when i put them in at night), and I haven't been taking any special precautions at night when sleeping. I sometimes will pile my hair up on my head when sleeping if I'm trying to protect my curls.
