I’m sorry, I can’t tell as this is a featured ingredients list and not a full ingredient list. I know for sure that head and shoulders green apple shampoo is safe while pregnant. The zinc does wonders for my Sub Derm, I put it only on the area affected and leave it there while conditioner sits on my hair for a few minutes. I hope that helps!

They used to have 2 slightly different versions, strangely enough. It looks like they got rid of the safe one, it’s redirecting to the non-safe version now.
