Does this mean the vital cream is or isn’t approved then and why not? It’s the only cream that’s helped my skin in yearssss 🙁

This is fine, but remember you don’t need to worry about products unless you’re spraying it ON your scalp. Which you’re likely not doing (and why I didn’t review it).
