I however wanted to ask something: if a serum or a hairspray that contains an unsafe ingredient (e.g. salicylate) but I only use it on my mid hair to ends, why would it be unsafe? I can use gloves for no contact with skin. The spray gets absorbed to hair and there is no contact with face whatsoever.
