Pregnancy safe skincare can be super difficult and confusing. I have an entire guide devoted to what products are safe to use while pregnant including information on what ingredients to avoid while pregnant and a huge list of pregnancy safe skincare products. The list has gotten so large that I’ve decided to start listing brands in their own individual posts.
Here you’ll find every pregnancy safe skincare product from Lashfood as of 1/15/2024. If it is not safe, I’ll tell you why. All of the products meet my pregnancy safe criteria. If they release a new product that is not listed here, please comment below and I will add it. Note I will link to every product directly to avoid confusion. You’ll know exactly which product I mean.
Please know that you do not need to worry about mascaras or products that apply like mascara. Your eyelashes are dead hairs and can not absorb anything. I will not be reviewing lists for products that are like mascara.

Hi why does this company not recommend using during nursing but you say its safe? Im confused 😕
Discussion here: Why does X Brand say this product is safe but you don’t think it is safe? (or Vice Versa)

I was wondering if the lash conditioning primer is ok to use.

Thank you again for all you do to help give us understanding whats safe to use! I’d be lost without your knowledge!
It has licorice root, but you use it like a mascara so you really don’t need to worry about it.
Hi! On Sephora’s website, it says for the Phyto-Medic Eyelash Enhancer: “We do not recommend use for pregnant or nursing women.” Do you know why and is it actually safe? I bought this product since I saw it was classified as safe by you and have been using it for a week and then I just saw that precaution on their site… Please let me know. Thank you very much!
It’s up to you. I look at the ingredient lists and don’t pay any attention to what brands say, though usually the brands say something is safe when I say it isn’t.
Would you use it then? Or would you wait until not pregnant/nursing? Just need an additional opinion! Thank you!
I would
You’re awesome! Thank you so much! I was coming here to ask you about this Eyelash Enhancer! You’re on it!!! Thanks again for great info!
