I’m not sure what you mean by “may I know the whole purpose of this cream?” It’s a body lotion, it’s moisturizing and you can apply it wherever you want. It’s listed above as safe.

The apples look like stem cells, which I don’t feel comfortable saying is safe. The rest of the ingredients are ok. My thoughts on stem cells are here: skincare ingredients to avoid during pregnancy I’m likely being overly cautious, but it’s up to you.

So, I don’t believe this ingredient list. None of the key acids (salicylic, glycolic acids or gluconolactone) are found in this list, even in extracts. They’re listed on the front of the bottle though. So, I don’t believe the brand’s website.
